It started with one frustrated message.
In 2022, founder Samir Gorai experienced firsthand the pain of managing customer communication on WhatsApp. Traditional BSPs added hefty per-message hidden markups, lacked reliable multi-agent shared inboxes, and throttled messages during festive broadcast spikes.
We set out to build BrightVon on the official Meta WhatsApp Cloud API (v21.0) with zero-markup pass-through pricing, real-time live chat streaming, visual no-code chatbots, and developer-friendly REST APIs. What started as an internal solution is now trusted by thousands of growing brands.
We still believe what we believed on day one: WhatsApp isn't just a channel. For modern businesses, it is the internet.

WhatsApp Business API partner
Officially certified as a Meta Business Partner. Launched the Team Inbox, Chatbot Builder, and Automation Engine.
1,000 customers milestone
Crossed 1,000 paying businesses across 20 countries. Opened our first engineering office and grew the team to 40+.
40+ countries, 2,500+ teams
Now processing over 120 million messages a month across 40+ countries. Expanded to Marketing Campaigns and AI-powered agent tools.
